| A | The Citrix Solution Advisor Platinum program is an invitation only program. By listing the program requirements and benefits we will make this a published program, opening it up for anyone to join. As such we do not publish the requirements. Please contact your local Citrix team to have a face-to-face discussion with them relating this program. |

On what platform should certifications be based, to be considered valid for the purpose of program affiliation or renewal? |
| A | For renewing partners, a two versions rule applies, which means that all certifications need to be based on one of the two most recent platforms for which courses and exams are available. For new partners, certifications have to be based on the most recent platform for which courses and exams are available. |

Can a CCEA certification also be counted as a CCA towards the total number of required technical professionals? |
| A | Yes, it can, but only when the program requirement states that 2 or more technical professional are needed. |

Can a technical professional also hold a CCSP commercial certification that counts towards program requirements? |
| A | Yes, the same professional can be both a CCA or a CCEA and a CCSP. |

How can I join the Citrix Partner Program as a Citrix Solution Advisor? |
| A | First, select the program you intend to join and review the program benefits and requirements. Detailed program information are published in the "Partner Program" section. To apply for a Partner program, please follow the instructions published in the section "Manage Partnership". (1) Review program benefits and requirements (2) Sign Citrix Solution Advisor Online Agreement (3) Register for the program (4) Meet training and certification requirements (After registration, you will receive detailed training information and links to each of the trainings.) For some programs, Citrix recommends you to purchase a NFR. Orders can be submitted by using the NFR order forms published on this Website. |
