Citrix Access Gateway Program Overview

Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)


The Citrix Authorized reseller for Citrix Access Gateway Standard, Advanced and Enterprise Edition will be recognized as a Citrix Solution Advisor within the Citrix Partner Network. Citrix Partner Network is the umbrella name for its entire global network of over 7,000 partners. Citrix partners belong to one of three categories:
  • Citrix Solution Advisors 
  • Citrix Alliance Partners
  • Certified and Education Professionals

Currently, entry to the Citrix Solution Advisor program at the level of authorized to sell and support Access Gateway is free of charge for the EMEA geography. Please note that there are fees associated with completing certifications for Citrix Access Gateway. Subject to full compliance of the program criteria stated in the program overview below.

Each Citrix product and service has training and/or certification requirements that Citrix Solution Advisor must meet in order to be able to distribute that product or service. Completion of training and/or certification requirements for one product or service does not satisfy training or certification requirements for other products or services that may be described in the same or another program overview.

Program Eligibility

To be able to participate in the program, Citrix Access Gateway partners must fulfill the program and certification requirements specified in the program overview.

Step 1. Review the program benefits and requirements stated in the program overview document above.

Step 2. Review and sign the Citrix Solution Advisor online agreement.

Step 3. Complete the online registration form in full.

Step 4. Meet the Citrix training and certification requirements. After registration, you will get detailed information and links to the various training resources as well as assessments.
Citrix Access Gateway Standard Edition: Have at least one member of your sales staff and one of your technical staff successfully take the Citrix Access Gateway certification requirements outlined in the program overview.
Citrix Access Gateway Advanced Edition: At least one member of your staff must be certified as Citrix Certified Administrator for Access Gateway and successfully pass the sales authorization webinar as outlined in the program overview.
Citrix Acess Gateway Enterprise Edition: Have at least one member of your sales staff and one of your technical staff successfully pass the Citrix Access Gateway certification requirements outlined in the program overview.

Step 5 (optional). Citrix recommends the purchase of a Not For Resale product (click here to order your NFR unit)
Currently, two NFR appliances are available:
Citrix Access Gateway Model 2010 supporting Access Gatway Standard and Advanced Edition,
Citrix Access Gateway Model 7000 supporting Access Gateway Enterprise Edition.
