Online Tools — access to comprehensive resources for promoting products, engaging customers and getting the support needed from Citrix, including:

• MyCitrix.com, a dedicated portal for partner support, programs and the latest information.
• Citrix Solutions Builder lets partners enter a customer’s technical requirements and IT challenges for a tailored solution. 
• Lead Management Tool that enables online management of qualified leads, as well as forecasting of sales for Citrix Advisor Rewards.

Citrix marketing — a comprehensive online resource for customizable marketing and advertising templates, lead and list management, fulfillment, printing, online Market Development Funds and Co-op management, and more. (Available in North America only.)

Citrix Internal Use Programs — free software for the latest product releases, INTERNAL USE LICENSES are intended for partner company’s internal use in a PRODUCTION environment. Use them to show customers firsthand what Citrix solutions can do for their companies! (Varies according to partner level.)

Sales Lead Program — partners receive leads from Citrix to reach new customers and up-sell existing ones (availability based on partner level).

Ongoing Education and Certification — Citrix partners’ sales and services teams need to effectively sell access platform solutions and implement Citrix products. To ensure product expertise and successful implementations, Citrix offers instructor-led and eLearning certification courses and exams.

Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and Co-op — Citrix offers MDF and Co-op programs to finance marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as Citrix-related education and travel (availability by region varies).
