Do I need to attend Citrix training classes as part of the certification process?
A It is a requirement for a candidate to sit Citrix courses prior to taking the final exams.

Which score do I have to reach to pass Prometric tests?
A  Prometric test require a passing score of between 50-80% depending on complexity of the exam.

What can I do if my local CALC is unable to provide the latest courses?
A Go to the CALC locator and find another CALC in your area. Please click here.


Q

Which versions of the courses and certifications do I need in order to meet program requirements?
A Citrix accepts the current platform and the previous platform versions of the certifications.
Any certification based on older platforms does not meet program requirements. Please select the reseller program you intend to join and review the latest certification requirements.

A Not any longer, as of January 1st 2007 since Citrix accepts only the two most recent platform versions.

When renewing my membership how does Citrix check my current certification status?
A Certification status is checked within the Certification Manager I/7 database, therefore it is essential that each candidate completes his or her personal profile by choosing to link it with the name of a current Citrix partner (the company you are working for), available in a drop down list, for prompt identification and accurate link with the employer.

A There are two ways:

What if my company name is not listed in the Partner Name drop down menu within the Certification Manager I/7 system?
A If the company the candidate is linked to is not yet a Citrix partner, it is possible that the partner’s name will not appear as a selectable option. Once program requirements have been met and Citrix partner status has been granted, it will be possible for the candidate to select his or her employer as a valid Citrix partner.
