Do I need to attend Citrix training classes as part of the certification process?
A It is a requirement for a candidate to sit Citrix courses prior to taking the final exams.

Which score do I have to reach to pass Prometric tests?
A  Prometric test require a passing score of between 50-80% depending on complexity of the exam.

What can I do if my local CALC is unable to provide the latest courses?
A Go to the CALC locator and find another CALC in your area. Please click here.


Q

Which versions of the courses and certifications do I need in order to meet program requirements?
A As a general rule, Citrix accepts the current platform and the previous platform versions of the certifications.
Any certification based on older platforms normally does not meet program requirements. Please select the product(s) for which you want to achieve certified-status and review the latest certification requirements.

When renewing my membership how does Citrix check my current certification status?
A Certification status is checked within Partner Certification Manager in MyCitrix, all certified employees must have linked their Certification Manager Candidate ID with their MyCitrix account: MyCitrix - Toolbox - My Certification Manager.
