MyCitrix
Log on to MyCitrix to get easy access to the Citrix Activation System (CAS), Citrix Advisor Reward (CAR), Solution Builder Configurator and many more valuable tools. The Solution Builder Configurator, for example, helps you create quotes for the purchase of Citrix products through various Citrix Licensing Programs.
To take advantage of the benefits within MyCitrix, please ensure to keep your contact details as well as company details updated. Citrix communication and interaction with you is based on the contact details provided (e.g. renewal, sales updates, technical information or training-related information).
Step-by-step process to update person-related details
- Go to selection box “my tools”.
- Select “update my information” from drop-down menu.
- Amend contact information and click “continue” to save changes.
Step-by-step process to add a new contact person within your company
- Go to selection box “my tools”.
- Select “update my company information” from drop-down menu and click on flag “add contact”.
- Enter information and click “continue” to save the new contact.
Step-by-step process to update company details
- Go to selection box “my tools”.
- Select “update my company information” from drop-down menu and click on flag "name & phone” to update company name and/or telephone details.
- Click on flag “addresses” to update physical address and/or mailto address.
- Update information and click “continue” to save modifications.

Certification Manager/I7
Citrix uses a web-based certification management tool called Certification Manager/I7. Certification Manager/I7 allows you to do the following:
- Track your progress towards certification.
- Update your contact information to receive important updates.
- View your exam and eLearning history.
- Publish your validated certification credentials to a third party.
Keep your personal information current in Certification Manager/I7. It is essential to maintain your data to ensure to receive your certificate, once you have attained it.
Connect your certification with the company you are working with, to ensure that your company meets the requirements of its partner status.
How to link your certifications with your company:
- Login to My Citrix -Choose a Toolbox - My Certification Manager
- Enter your Certification Manager Candidate ID and click Submit.
- Review auto-generated email and click on the link (Please note: this email is sent to email address on file in your Certification Manager Candidate Account at www.citrixcertmanager.com)
- Link opens a confirmation page. Click Accept to complete linking process.
- Log out & log back in to My Citrix to view the latest information
