Where can I go to determine my company’s current status for each product?

Check your Partner Locator record on www.citrix.com/partners/locator or, if you are a Primary Citrix Contact in your company, logon to MyCitrix and go to Partner Certification Manager - Product Authorizations. Please contact Citrix Partner Operations if you believe the information stated is incorrect.

If my company is authorized to sell Citrix product(s) but has not yet gained certified status, am I still entitled to fulfill Subscription Advantage Renewals on behalf of my customer?

A

Currently partners who are authorized to sell (as well as those who are certified to sell) can renew subscription advantage, however this may be subject to change in the future. We encourage all our partners to be at the certified level for the product(s) they wish to resell.

If my company is authorized to sell Citrix products but has not yet gained full product certification, can I still request evaluation software via the MyCitrix Lead Management Tool?

A

If your organization is authorized to resell Citrix Products and part of the Citrix Partner Network program you will have access to the Lead Management Tool via MyCtirix, enabling you to demonstrate and evaluate Citrix products with your customers, therefore your organization can request evaluation software.

How can I achieve Citrix Solution Advisor Gold status?

A

• Your organization is required to have been a Silver Solution Advisor in good standing for at least six months.
• Your organization will need to fulfill the certification requirements and revenue target.
• Your organization will need to agree to a local Business Plan and to a revenue target pertaining to the product you are certified to resell.

Yes, if you are a certified for XenApp you will also be recognized as certified for XenApp Fundamentals.

How do I obtain Sales Leads and at what level?

A

Certified Solution Advisors enjoy preferential allocation of leads from Citrix. Leads can be accessed through the lead management tool on MyCitrix www.mycitrix.com. This lead management tool is also used to forecast sales for Citrix Advisor Rewards.
