Technical Support provided by Citrix Authorized Distributors is not charged by Citrix.

If you prefer to receive technical support through Citrix, your organization can purchase a technical support package for one year. Designed to meet the unique service needs of our partners, Citrix Technical Support is a comprehensive, flexible and cost effective service package.

(*): If you are interested in ordering technical support from Citrix, your organization is asked to complete the following steps
1 Request purchase order form and Citrix Support terms & conditions from Citrix Partner Operations
2 Fill in purchase order form and sign Citrix Support terms & conditions
3 Send both documents to Citrix Partner Operations via email or fax

4 An invoice for technical support is raised by Citrix
5 Technical support is activated after receiving the payment

Renewal: 90 days prior to the expiration date of the membership, the partner will be contacted to renew his membership as well as his technical support package. In order to be eligible to renew technical support, the partner must meet the partner program requirements.

(*) Please note that technical support will be granted from the time of payment of the support fee to the expiry of the program membership, and therefore this benefit may be valid for less that the one year membership duration if the technical support is paid later than the membership payment.
