Training Requirements for Citrix XenDesktop

Sales training
Partners will meet the sales requirements if one person of their sales staff has attended the training course and successfully passed the corresponding exam for one of the options listed below. Please click on the links to review training courses and exam.
[*] Please note that we accept CTX-1634AW Application Delivery Whiteboard Conversation as alternative. But it is strongly recommended to attain CCSP 2008 for Desktop Delivery.[**] Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) 2007 for Desktop Delivery will count as an alternative towards the partner sales requirement until December 31st 2009. It is highly recommended that partners complete the CCSP 2008 for Desktop Delivery.
Technical training
One member of your technical staff must attain certification as a Citrix Certified Administrator [CCA] for XenDesktop Enterprise Edition 2. To attain your certification as a CCA for XenDesktop Enterprise Edition 2, you can either complete the online virtual lab training (CTX-2200AW) or take instructor led training (CTX-2201AI) where available. After participating in the training course, you are required to pass the corresponding assessment.
With the purchase of course CTX-2200AW, partners will also receive an exam voucher for Citrix exam 1Y0-A03 Citrix XenDesktop 2.0 Enterprise Edition: Administration, the requirement for the CCA for Citrix XenDesktop Enterprise Edition 2. Please note that XenDesktop certification based on the XenSource exam 0023 will not be accepted as a valid certification from April 2nd 2009 onwards.
