Citrix Advisor Rewards Program

Citrix Solution Advisors can enjoy rewards by selling the Citrix software products. The Citrix Solution Advisor Rewards program offers incentives for adding value throughout the sales process. Whether your task is to define a customer’s application delivery strategy or to analyze the respective business requirements: we will provide additional funding for these and further value-added sales activities – due to our Citrix Advisor Reward Program.

You can claim a reward if a customer orders Citrix products because of your recommendation – no matter if the customer bought the product through you or another partner. Further information about the program is published on MyCitrix.  

How can you earn Rewards

  1. Identify a Citrix Product sales opportunity (only for EASY, OPEN, FLEX or GELA licensing products) where you can add value. Make your Citrix Sales team aware of this opportunity.

  2. Submit an online forecast of the sale on www.citrix.com/MyCitrix via the Lead Management Tool, at least 30 calendar days in advance of the anticipated sales close.  Your Citrix sales team reviews and verifies each forecast based on your demonstrated value-selling activities with that customer for the particular sales opportunity.

  3. When the customer purchases the licenses (regardless of who fulfills them), obtain the Citrix order number and submit it via the Lead Management Tool. The Lead Management Tool is available on MyCitrix.
